At 3&D Personal Training, our coaches are some of the most highly educated in the region. We invest thousands of hours—and thousands of dollars—into continuing education so we can deliver the safest, most effective training for adults over 40. Lovell Kosh

Co-Founder 

Lovell Kosh is a former Basketball and Track college athlete turned certified strength and conditioning coach. Coach Kosh earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement, making him an expert in injury prevention. Over the 15 years of coaching, he has never had an athlete suffer from a major injury (ACL, Achilles, etc).

After training athletes overseas in Europe, Coach Lovell returned to Delaware with his fiancé to open 3&D Personal Training  in Wilmington.

Raychel Kosh

Co-Founder 

Raychel Kosh specializes in developing exercise programming for women’s health and hormones with an emphasis on building muscular strength, preventing osteoporosis, and pain-free movement. With a focus on longevity and energy for daily life, she designs small-group sessions that empower clients to feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their everyday routines.

Raychel draws on her extensive experience working alongside one of the world’s top longevity experts, Ben Greenfield, and has directed programming for C-suite executives and celebrities such as Zac Efron. She applies evidence-based strategies to help clients increase their healthspan and set the foundation to stay active and vibrant for decades — whether that means running, hiking, or even dancing at their grandkid’s wedding!

A former professional basketball player, Raychel brings a wealth of experience, having competed in various countries worldwide, including Spain, France, and El Salvador.

Raychel Shannon specializes in working with athletes of all levels, helping them enhance their performance through proper nutrition and prioritized recovery. Her focus on empowering young women and fostering confidence through sports is a driving force in her work.

Why did you become a Coach?

Strength training has helped me throughout my life, allowing me to play sports that I "naturally" was never athletic enough for, and helped me build self-confidence. I love the idea of being able to help others experience the benefits of strength training and how it can change who you think you are.

Why did you become a Coach? 

I became a coach because fitness is my passion, and I love helping others see how much fun it can be to be part of a supportive community while working toward a healthier, longer life. I enjoy guiding people as they reach their goals, celebrate their progress, and discover that getting stronger and healthier can be both rewarding and enjoyable.
